IDEAS FOR COST SAVINGS IN COMPANY - A

1. To switch off the Lights, AC & fans in testing lab & office at Lunch hours.
2. To make printed pads for cycle monitor sheets of all testing machines instead of computer prints.
3. Use of aesthetically defected sample (rejected at final inspection in production line) on testing machines for Life test.
4. Develop & use smaller size polybags wherever called for in final product packaging.
5. Polybag size which is use for Export box packing should be as per multicarton in production line.Currently we are using only one size for all type of boxes.
6. Removing plating of all type recoil springs in shock absorber.
7. Powder coating thickness of CT DX RR outer tube should be define to avoid excess use of powder.
8. To reduce 57 F(4) challan paper size.
9. Reduce waste of water for lawns etc.
10. Close water taps firmly in Water Coolers
